Having been out of action due to an operation, I wanted a (gentle!) personal trainer to help me get fit again and tailor things to my circumstances. Nathan created a thoughtful programme to build up my strength and body image again. Even though I've really had to start from scratch, with Nathan's friendly approach I seem to end up doing more than I realise! I always feel like I am making progress and find the PT sessions really positive and uplifting 🙂 Hopefully soon I'll be back at his classes as well. I'd recommend the classes as everyone can work at their own pace so no one ever feels pressured to keep up. I really like the down to earth feel at the gym too and there's always a good mix of friendly people. Nathan Champ. Personal trainer. You could not make him up. One of Bristol's best kept secrets. Nathan is able to perform miracles with the most uninspiring of physical specimens - as he will be sure to refer to you. When I first met Nathan I was a half jelly fish, half blancmange. He is now able to drop an anvil on my six pack. My burpees can be heard in Filton. I now have the stamina of very fit donkey. And other attributes which we needn't talk about here.
