We will start by having a consultation where we will discuss your training and medical history and set goals.

I work from Powersports Gym in Cotham, Bristol where we have a variety of cardio, boxing and resistance equipment. I also have extensive knowledge of bodyweight exercises. I like to emphasise the importance of core strength and posture with my clients. I have often worked alongside physiotherapists helping clients to rehabilitate injuries.

I have trained a number of people for events such as Tough Guy (trained the team that went on to win), Tough Mudder, Super Human Games, Himalayan bike trek, Everest Advanced Base Camp trek, white collar boxing & cage fighting shows.

The one to one sessions can last from 30 minutes upwards depending on your availability and personal goals.
