This class has many variations of training using a variety of equipment such as sandbags, Bulgarian bags, skipping ropes, body weight, medicine balls etc.

Circuits: Saturdays @ 9:30-10:30am, £6
HIIT: Monday, Tuesday & Thursday @ 6:30-7am, £5
